I discovered Inflact’s Research package…

I discovered Inflact’s Research package through a youtube review by a blogger. I was curious to see if it could really help me track competitors and improve my own content strategy. So far I’ve used the Tracker, Downloader, and Profile Analyzer almost every day. The profile tracker is very useful for monitoring posts and stories without interacting with the accounts. The Downloader works fast and lets me save any content I need for inspiration or reporting. The Profile Analyzer impressed me the most, it shows detailed audience data, engagement rates and etc. I haven’t tried the instagram search yet, but the rest of the features are already worth the price. If you’re serious about research pack, I definitely recommend giving this a try.

Billing & Subscription

I paid only for one month, but you've charged me for the next month too. Why?

During your first payment, you have been subscribed to auto rebilling on a monthly basis. In order to avoid it you have to cancel your subscription before your paid period will expire.

I’ve stopped promotion of my account but you’ve taken money

Stop status doesn’t mean you’ve cancelled a subscription. It means Inflact won’t do any actions with your account, but you still have your paid days running and it automatically continue the promotion for the period that had been paid.

How to make a payment?

Go to Profile → My Plan → Choose the module you need to pay for.

You can choose a period of promotion time that mostly suits you: 1 month or 1 year. Please note that the wider period you choose, the bigger discount you get.

Click on Select Payment Method.

How to make a payment?

You’ll be redirected to the fill-in information page, where you’ll have to enter your payment data.

After making the payment, you’ll be redirected to the Inflact page saying that your membership has been successfully confirmed and your module is active now.

You can check your payment history in the “Payments” section.

*By clicking the "Confirm Membership" button below, you agree that your membership will begin right away, and that you will not be able to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund.

How to cancel a subscription?

We offer two ways to unsubscribe:

Go to your Inflact dashboard;

Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen;

Choose the menu item My plan;

Click on Unsubscribe;

Confirm the cancellation.

Go to the Profile;

Select the menu item My plan;

Click on the Manage Plan button;

Scroll down and click on Unsubscribe.

Confirm the cancellation.

You've canceled the subscription.

After canceling subscription, you will receive an email confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.

If you cancel your subscription, your days of use are not deleted. If you cancel your subscription, the automatic payment will also be canceled

How can you check if your subscription is canceled?

The cancellation icon at the bottom of the subscription page disappears along with the subscription expiration date when you cancel the subscription.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. If you upgrade or add a new tool, the system will recalculate the cost of your remaining paid days and apply them to the new subscription, so you won't lose any value for the time you've already paid for . To make changes, simply go to your Profile → My Plan and update your selection.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely. You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time from your dashboard. To do this, go to Settings → My Plan and click Unsubscribe . Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, so you won't lose access to the service you've already paid for.

Do you have a free trial?

We offer a 7-day trial for $3 for the Research and Pro packages. During this trial, you will have access to the core features of the selected package:

Research Package: Includes features like Viewer & Tracker, Downloader, Influencers Search and Profile Analyzer.

Pro Package: Includes all the features of the Research package plus additional tools, like Hashtag Generator.

If you select the Custom package, you will be immediately charged the full price of the customized tool set you choose.

What's the difference between Research and Pro subscriptions?

The Research pack is designed for content strategy and competitor analysis. It gives you access to tools like the Profile Analyzer, Influencer Search, Downloader, and Viewer & Tracker- all for a budget-friendly price of just $22.00/month.

The Pro subscription is a full-scale marketing toolkit. It includes everything from Research and the Hashtag Generator. For $79.00/month, you get the complete set of tools to run your Instagram marketing on autopilot.

Can I use only one specific tool, or do I have to buy a full pack?

Yes, we offer a flexible pricing system. You are not locked into a single, all-in-one pack. You can choose a pre-made pack like Research or Pro, or you can build a custom plan by selecting only the specific modules you need. This ensures you only pay for the features you actually use.
